Job summary
A residential care provider in Sefton is seeking a Residential Support Worker to be a positive role model for young people. Responsibilities include training, daily reporting, and ensuring needs are met. Competitive pay, including £60 for sleep-in shifts, and full-time hours available. A driving license and personal transport are preferable due to limited public transport.

- Ensure the needs of the young persons are always met.
Skills
Education
- We require resilient Support workers for a new 3-bed home in Scarisbrick, Ideal candidates will work alongside our management team.
- Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.
- We have full-time hours available, experience is desirable but not essential.
- We offer competitive rates of pay and pay for sleep-in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
- Due to the rural location, holding a drivers licence and your own transport desirable as public transport is very limited in the area.
- Applicants must be aged 21+.

- Keeping up to date with all mandatory training.
