An opportunity has arisen for an operations support manager to work on the streets directing and managing a team in the Hillingdon area. Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

• You will manage your on‑street team of staff.
• Communicate effectively and lead from the front.
• Work on‑street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
• Motivate, praise and develop your team.
• Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
• Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff.
• You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract.

• You will need to have two years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting.
• Experience working within a client‑facing role with good commercial acumen.
• Experience of monitoring KPIs.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Hold a Full clean Drivers Licence.

• £32,515 per annum.
• 42.5 hours per week.
• 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
