Operations Support Manager – Hillingdon – Full‑Time 42.5 hours per week – £32,515 per annum

Do you have experience as a manager/supervisor? Do you have good people management skills? Do you have a full clean driving licence?

As a market frontrunner in the parking industry, we pride ourselves on offering tailor‑made solutions to clients and providing excellent customer service to car‑park users and members of the public. An opportunity has arisen for an operations support manager to work on the streets directing and managing a team in the Hillingdon area. Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

What will you do?
  • You will manage your on‑street team of staff.
  • Communicate effectively and lead from the front.
  • Work on‑street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
  • Motivate, praise and develop your team.
  • Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
  • Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff.
  • You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract.
What will you bring?
  • You will need to have two years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting.
  • Experience working within a client‑facing role with good commercial acumen.
  • Experience of monitoring KPIs.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Hold a Full clean Drivers Licence.
