We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
- A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
- Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (Essential)
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred, or willingness to enroll within 6 months)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and Ofsted requirements
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
- Experience in supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Full UK driving licence
