Method Resourcing is a start‑up tech recruitment agency based in the heart of Bristol. We’re after determined and passionate trainee recruitment consultants who are excited by the opportunity to build a successful career working with some of the biggest names in tech.

Working within the Business Development & 360 team, you’ll work in a specialist market within the tech industry. This will allow you to become a true expert in your field so that you can consult your clients and candidates with the best possible knowledge and expertise.

Whilst working alongside some of the most reputable recruiters in the UK, we will teach you all the skills you need to confidently understand how to build strong client relationships and to sell opportunities to contractor candidates looking for work.

No previous recruitment experience is necessary – you will be trained from day one by our devoted Learning & Development team, working your way through a rigorous training program and putting everything into practice on the sales floor each day. You will have support every step of the way through your training journey to ensure you get the best possible start. With the 30+ years of recruitment experience that will surround you, there will always be someone to help you – no gate‑keeping and no silly questions.
