At Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will work toward becoming a Sales Negotiator for our fantastic residential sales team in Bridgend. The entry‑level role is designed to teach you all aspects of the Estate Agency model and to guide you through an industry‑leading development and training program.

In this role you will help people find their dream home. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales. You will also optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
