A leading Formula One racing team in the UK is seeking an Engineering Technician to support testing and validation in the Test and Validation department. The role involves practical engineering skills, providing guidance to apprentices, and maintaining the highest safety standards. Candidates should have extensive R&D experience, strong engineering skills, and proficiency with testing equipment and software. As an Engineering Technician within the Test and Validation department, you will use your practical, hands-on skills and expertise to set-up and operates our rigs, executing tests on a wide range of car components and assemblies.
You will support the calibration and maintenance of our test capability and provide first line of support to keep our rigs operating.
You will help to support and develop Technicians and Apprentices, by providing on-task guidance.
