The quality of our amazing grounds and buildings are a key part of the experience of our guests – and the skills, care and attention to detail that our maintenance team show in keeping the grounds and buildings looking great, working smoothly and meeting safety standards are central to this.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to help oversee deliver all aspects of buildings and grounds maintenance at our 83-bed / 26-acre residential Adventure Centre, and help develop and lead our maintenance team.As a Christian, you will be a role-model for the maintenance team and wider Centre staff, having a discipling and mentoring input into their lives.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in the wider ministry of the Centre, including our evening sessions with kids, and ministry teams serving on one of our events weeks and weekends (e.g. playing music, organising games/sport, etc).
Accommodation will be provided if needed.
