Retail Team Leader - Glasgow - £13.73* p/hr
Join to apply for the Retail Team Leader role at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd.
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance.
Location: Glasgow.
- Lead and manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services on client sites.
- Travel to different client sites each day; shifts may vary and you may occasionally be required to stay away from home.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed; deliver exceptional customer service on all sites.
- Complete stock counts accurately and within given timeframes; monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

Please note: all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may need to access and work with ground and high-level stock.
This role will involve working unsociable hours, with early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18 years of age.
