Job summary
A recruitment agency in logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in Ashford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and leading a motivated team. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory control systems, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have proven experience in warehouse management and technical proficiency in CNC operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary between £45,000 - £47,000.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse/factory operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimise storage and distribution efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other essential warehouse data.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
