A leading events organizer in the UK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across flagship technology events, including DTX London and Manchester Tech Week. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and driving new business. This mid-senior level role offers a hybrid work setup with a minimum of three days on-site in London and flexibility for remote work.

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our flagship technology events DTX London, DTX Manchester, and Manchester Tech Week. In this role you will own the delivery of the sales strategy across your own technology area, ensuring your portfolio meets and exceeds revenue targets. You will balance a strong new business focus with strategic account management, identifying and converting high‑value opportunities while nurturing long‑term client partnerships that underpin the success of our events. Success in this position requires an exceptional communicator able to articulate value with clarity and authority, engage senior stakeholders, and build trust quickly across core industry bellwethers. Alongside this, you will take a strategic view of existing accounts, build relationships, uncover growth potential, and ensure a positive client experience. This is a hybrid role, based a minimum of three days per week in the Clarion Events Putney office, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
