Job summary
A leading customer service software provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a key technical expert during the pre-sales process. This role involves leading technical scoping, providing expert support to the sales team, and creating detailed solutions proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CCaaS architecture, AWS environments, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with some onsite work required.
Qualifications
- Strong experience and certification in AWS connect and/or AWS services working in a CCaS environment.
- Hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on articulating value.
Responsibilities
- Lead Pre-Sales Technical Scoping.
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team.
- Create detailed professional services estimates and proposals.
