Responsibilities
- Oversee more than 20 international customers served by SD Worx.
- Manage payroll calendars and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Log and categorize customer escalations in MyServicePoint.
- Coordinate additional services upon customer request.
- Participate in regular calls with customers for payroll delivery.
