Job summary
A dynamic engineering firm in Daventry is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining large CNC machinery while providing opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates will have experience with CNC operations and a recognized engineering apprenticeship. This position offers a competitive salary of £43,000-£46,500 plus an attractive benefits package, including enhanced overtime rates and career progression routes.

- Experience working on CNC machinery like beveling, drilling, tapping, lathes, and milling.
- Ability to fault find on complex systems including Siemens PLCs.
- Capable of carrying out maintenance and repairs on large machinery.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain large CNC machinery.
- Conduct spindle checks and replace bearings, ball screws, and lead screws.
- Adhere to a structured training and development plan.
