Looking for a new challenge?

It is a great time for Support Workers to join our service in Seaton, Devon! We are looking for a Waking Nights Support Worker, working 37.5 hours per week at a rate of £12.50 per hour.

Essential details

For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).

Location

Our residential service is located in Seaton, Devon, close to the seafront and local cafés. We support individuals to live the life they choose, including beach visits, strolls, and social activities.

Responsibilities

You will support 6 adults with learning disabilities, providing hands‑on support with real‑life experiences such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, finances, medication, community trips, and social life.

You will work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 pm until 8 am. This is a hands‑on Waking Night role – lone working with a staff member sleeping in for emergencies only.
