An educational institution in West Bromwich is seeking a Learning Support Worker to join their Inclusion Team. The successful candidate will support students with special educational needs by teaching small groups and providing individualized tutoring. There are excellent career development opportunities and CPD provisions offered. The role requires a commitment to safeguarding children's welfare. Closing date for applications is January 5, 2026.
LOCATION: West Bromwich Collegiate Academy
GRADE: Band D SCP 9 – 17
SALARY: £27,255 - £31,022 per annum pro rata
HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 1 week
West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year. It is now at full capacity with 805 students on roll.

We are looking for a Learning Support Worker to join our Inclusion Team.
