Job summary

You will promote choice, individuality and independence for our residents, support and mentor care assistants, supervise team activities, and administer medication.
- Provide high-quality care to residents in their home environment.
- Support residents with personal care, social activities and mobility.
- Supervise and mentor junior care assistants, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate medication records.
- Promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.
- Organise and prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Physically and medically able to carry out duties, with or without assistive aids.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in health and social care.
- Supervisory experience in a care setting.
- Medication administration experience with relevant qualification.
- Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
