A homecare service provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will contribute to providing high-quality care to clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding, while participating in professional development and on-call duties. Candidates should have 6 months of experience in a formal care setting and must possess a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly rates and bonuses offered.
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team throughout the Northern Trust. With your healthcare experience and commitment to excellence, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Hourly rate (Mon‑Fri): £13.50
Enhanced weekend rate (Sat & Sun): £14.50
Sign‑On Bonus: £300
Employee Recognition: Award programmes (Employee of the Month, Quarter, Year)
Refer a Friend: £200 for successful referrals

Communication skills: Good standard of English, spoken and written.
Drivers licence: Must own a car and have appropriate insurance.
6 months experience in formal care setting.
