Job summary
A leading real estate firm in East Midlands is seeking a Junior Valuer to assist with market appraisals and support property sales efforts. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in residential sales and strong skills in communication and organization. The role involves preparing property documentation and coordinating viewings, ensuring an excellent experience for clients. Candidates must possess a Propertymark NAEA qualification or be willing to acquire one. A full, clean driving license is also required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a residential sales environment.
- 1 year experience in market appraisals required.
- Previous experience in estate agency is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with market appraisals and gather market data.
- Support marketing efforts for property sales.
