Job summary

A leading global real estate firm is seeking a Procurement Manager in Bristol to oversee project procurement for multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 18-20 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 15 years focused on procurement. Responsibilities include developing contract conditions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring budget compliance. This position requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, alongside a BE in Civil Engineering and preferably a postgraduate in Contract Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18-20 years construction industry experience, with 15 years in procurement.
• Knowledge of tendering process and Contract Management.
• Exposure to turnkey contracts in commercial buildings and IT Parks.

Responsibilities

• Develop/draft general and special conditions of contract.
• Maintain and implement construction proforma/budget for each project.
• Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
