A leading not-for-profit housing organization is seeking a Multi-Trade Chargehand in Banbury to oversee repairs on void properties. This role involves managing a team of operatives while ensuring high standards of repairs, compliance with health and safety regulations, and meeting key performance indicators. £38,887 – £40,934 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Chargehand to join our Voids team, based in Banbury. Working with a team of Operatives and as a working charge hand you will be responsible for providing repairs on void properties. The role will include a company van and power tools and training will be provided as and when required.
