About the Role:

This role will be based out our brand-new World of Hearing store, the store is a concept that focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer‑centric environment. It is designed to offer an immersive experience that enhances the journey for individuals seeking hearing solutions.

• Innovative Technology : Cutting‑edge hearing aids and devices are showcased, allowing customers to experience the latest advancements in hearing technology.
• Interactive Experience: Customers can interact with various hearing solutions and receive hands‑on demonstrations to better understand the benefits and functionalities of different products.

Person Specification:

• BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
• Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
• Consistent clinical audit results.
• Completion of CPD requirements.
• Achievement of commercial targets.
• Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
