A leading EPOS solutions provider is seeking a Lead Support Developer in Hull Bridge to lead a team optimizing software solutions. This role demands extensive experience in software development, particularly in C# and T-SQL, alongside mentoring responsibilities. The successful candidate will significantly contribute to customer success by resolving technical defects and enhancing development practices. Covering the entire stack of Tevalis products, we are looking for a Lead Support Developer who will be a key enabler for our continued customer success. Critical in ensuring progression, unblocking, and correction of technical defects they are enablers that others can rely on for support. A Lead Support Developer will be managing a team of Support Developers working across a wide range of technologies from initial report through prioritisation, development, programming and functional quality validation, all the way to a successful release.
