Comprised of experts ranging from the commercially aligned to the quantitative and technical, the team has four main areas of product focus:* **Index Partnerships** – including co-branded offerings such as FTSE EPRA Nareit & FTSE TPI.* **Exchange Listed** – sophisticated index solutions, futures & options with key exchange partners.* **Engineered & Structured** – such as custom overlays and defined outcomes.* **Alternatives** – building our capabilities in Real Assets, Private Equity & Debt.**The Role**The role will have exposure to all 4 product areas listed above, with a focus on the Index Partnerships. The candidate and will engage in a broad range of initiatives, including but not limited to data analysis, product life cycle management and marketing, contributing to a fast-paced and exciting environment with a variety of learning opportunities. Facilitating meetings with organisational leadership and preparing supporting analysis & presentations* **Innovation**: translating innovation and new capabilities established Index Partnership franchises, injecting growth potential to mature product offerings.* **Strategy**: Assess and research the market environment for industry trends and developments in the competitive landscape to inform business strategy and proposal of new index partnerships.* **Product Launch Support:** Drafting index ground rules and similar design documentation, including complex solutions.* **Data Analysis & Research:** Organise, transform and visualise data for quantitative analysis and research outputs. Running index simulations, working closely with FTSE Russell’s research environment.* **Marketing**: promotion of the Partnership offering, creating narratives around our product innovations with the development of supporting documentation.* **Project Management**: Coordinating with stakeholders on new product development and go to market planning with a high focus on execution.
