A leading scaffolding and access provider in the UK seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to oversee the commercial delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise and leadership, aimed at profitability and collaboration. We are now seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead
Overview of Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead is accountable for the commercial delivery of multiple access and scaffolding projects across the UK.
This is a high-impact role that combines technical expertise with leadership. The role ensures profitability, governance, and adherence to PHD’s Commercial Excellence standards while fostering collaboration across operations and finance.
The successful candidate will act as a key guardian of margin, discipline, and client confidence.
