Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a QS or commercial role within scaffolding, access, or specialist construction.
• Experience leading commercial processes or teams.
• Ability to develop reporting tools and improve commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly CVRs with accurate financial control.
• Manage subcontractor procurement.
• Foster collaboration between operations, finance, and site teams.

Skills

Strong command of NEC, JCT, and bespoke contract forms

Advanced Excel, forecasting, and CVR skills

Strong communicator

Detail-oriented

Education
