Job summary
A leading arts organization is seeking an Inclusion Producer to strategically lead and coordinate the Assemble programme in Cardiff. This role involves project management, logistics, and building partnerships to ensure D/deaf, Disabled, Learning Disabled, and Neurodiverse young people can access creative opportunities. The position offers a fixed-term contract until September 2028, with a salary of £35,000 pro rata and a hybrid working model from Chapter office in Cardiff.
