Job summary
A leading organization in project management located in Southampton is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee cross-functional projects in the realm of contact lenses. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination within regulated industries and holds a relevant degree. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools. The role involves supporting project managers and ensuring adherence to project milestones for effective execution.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management in a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, EU MDR and FDA regulations.
- Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on LCM projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
