LOCATION: Hybrid working in Thame, Oxfordshire (with regular site visits across the Home Counties and the Cotswolds)

ROLE: Full-time, Permanent

HollandGreen is an award-winning multidisciplinary Design Practice of Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, and Project Managers. We create exceptional private homes and gardens across the Home Counties, the Cotswolds and beyond – ranging from contemporary new builds to listed refurbishments and complex extensions. Our integrated approach takes projects from concept to completion, combining design excellence with meticulous delivery.

We’re looking for a proactive Client‑Side Project Manager to help deliver beautifully designed, technically rigorous, high‑value residential projects. You’ll work end‑to‑end across multiple projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, guiding clients through each stage, and ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.

This role suits someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, enjoys balancing detail with big‑picture leadership, and wants to grow into leading project teams in high‑end residential construction.

• Lead and support delivery of multiple residential projects from concept to handover
• Shape scopes, programmes, deliverables and fee proposals with project leads
• Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants for seamless collaboration
• Drive timelines, budgets, risks and quality to hit key milestones
• Coordinate the tender processes, assess contractor bids and support appointments
• Work with QS’s on budgets and cash flow forecasting
• Produce clear, regular reporting using tools like CMAP and ClickUp
• Improve internal processes and contribute to practice‑wide knowledge sharing

• A ‘can do’ attitude and strong desire to learn
• 2+ years in client‑side or consultancy project management
• Experience delivering high‑end residential projects; listed/heritage beneficial (commercial experience considered)
• Proven delivery across all RIBA stages with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong skills in planning, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with JCT and relevant planning legislation
• Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership
• Proficient with PM software (CMAP, ClickUp or similar)
• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Architecture or related; Chartered (RICS/CIOB) a plus
• Full UK Driving Licence
