Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients.**About the role****Responsibilities*** Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC , social and blog)* Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects* Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery* Creating and managing event and onsite social media plan (including liaising with photographers and videographers* Optimizing website content for user journey and SEO optimization* Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy* Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes working with the wider event teams to support with onsite delivery**Requirements*** Be able to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must* Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure* Be able to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance* Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success* Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines and prioritize tasks in a rapidly moving environment* Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date* Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
