And now, we’re looking for a Coordination Assistant to join our team.If you love problem-solving and can keep things running smoothly, we want you to be the person that supports our Coordination Manager and the wider team.The role is fast-paced, rewarding, and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within an exciting industry.**What you’ll be doing;**Reporting to the Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, effective, and efficient resourcing and planning management service for all Coordinators working for ARTS.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities;*** **First point of contact**: As the first point of contact, you’ll field inquiries, requests, and business opportunities from both internal teams and external stakeholders.* **Managing our coordinators**: Help coordinate 280+ casual staff by ensuring shifts are assigned smoothly, and that all our coordinators are in the right place at the right time.* **Keeping Coordination organised**: You’ll manage all the paperwork (from schedules to reports), ensuring digital and physical files are accessible.* **Payroll & Invoices**: Assist with payroll data and ensure everything’s processed accurately and on time.
