A leading residential care provider is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to support young people with complex needs. This role involves creating a nurturing environment and guiding staff effectively. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Childcare, proven experience in a residential setting, and a clean UK driving licence. JOB ROLE: Deputy Care Home Manager – Residential Care for Young People
LOCATION: Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13). A full UK driving licence is required.
Assigned shift structure: 39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in (approximately 4-8 sleep-ins per month, with additional earnings from £3,000 to £6,000 per annum).

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Deputy Manager to join our Children’s Residential Services team. In this role, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider team to provide exceptional care and support for young people with a range of behavioral challenges.
You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing environment, where children can thrive and work toward positive outcomes. Your expertise will help guide and support staff in managing difficult situations, promoting positive behaviors, and fostering personal growth for each young person in our care.
