Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

• Position: Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
• Location: Greenock
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Grade: EVH Grade TAS4
• Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), Monday - Friday.
Salary:£29,124 - £30,250 per annum (increasing to £30,610 - £31,792 per annum from 1 st April 2026).

An exciting opportunity has arisen, to be part of our in-house landscape and grounds maintenance team. This role will first and foremost be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the Association’s customers day-to-day, including existing tenants, potential tenants, and owner occupiers, under the direction of the Project Co-ordinator, as well as supervising the operations of our in-house landscaping team.

Key responsibilities include but will not be limited to, undertaking the full range of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance duties (hard landscaping tasks as required), working closely with the Project-Coordinator in organising, planning and delivery of the programme
