The Senior 3D Character Artist position requires strong skills in creating high‑quality art, consistent character design, and understanding art pipelines and device limitations. As a Senior 3D Character Artist, you'll bring characters to life, using the latest tools and technologies, while working with the art team and other departments to ensure characters meet both artistic and technical standards, enhancing the game's overall experience.

• Sculpt, model, UV, texture, and create materials for AAA quality characters and clothing.
• Utilize techniques, including Marvelous Designer, Zbrush, Substance Designer, and Painter, to set the tone for character creation.

• Actively engage in technical and aesthetic problem‑solving discussions for the entire project.
• Provide creative and technical guidance to character artists.
• Collaborate closely with the production leadership to ensure the project consistently exceeds visual targets and maintains a cohesive style.

• Review assets to ensure they align with the intended design and are ready for rigging and animation.
• Maintain a transparent and reliable schedule, coordinating effectively with the production team.

• Supervise a team of artists.
• Conduct reviews and interviews for potential candidates, provide training, assign work,
• and appraise employee performance.
• Resolve interpersonal and performance issues within the team.
• Mentor artists by providing creative and technical training, guidance, and feedback.

• High proficiency of a major 3D software (3dsMax or Maya), Z‑Brush, Substance Designer/Painter and Photoshop, and Marvelous Designer.
• Excellent High and Low poly modeling skills, as well as demonstrable skill with texture and shader creation within a PBR pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, clothing and folds as well as materials.
• Solid grasp of color theory and lighting techniques for quality presentation and the best player experience.
• Ability to rapidly master proprietary tools and development pipelines.
• Ability to be resourceful and come up with creative solutions.
• Ability to be receptive to art direction and critiques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with producers, programmers, designers, technical artists, as well as other artists.
• Strong organizational, supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Passion for gaming.

• Exceptional visual and technical understanding of 3D modeling and texturing of characters, clothing and assets.
• Passionate about digital fashion, understanding of avatar‑based customization, player self‑expression, and trend‑aware fashion content.
• Strong foundation in traditional art.
• Experience with Unity engine.
• Knowledge of rigging.
• Character and clothing concepting skills.
• Scripting experience Python or MEL.
