We are looking for a Part‑Time Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Greenford on our Waitrose contract. This position drives data‑informed decision‑making to ensure resource utilisation aligns with forecasted volumes, budget constraints, and service level expectations.

This is a part‑time permanent position working any 3 or 4 days per week from 7. Start and finish times are 07:00 to 15:00 and 08:00 to 16:00. We are happy to consider applications for 3 days or 4 days per week.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,500 pro rata, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Develop and optimise labour and resource planning models across warehouse and transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with labour budgets.
  • Analyse forecasts, monitor agency and overtime usage, and identify cost‑saving opportunities while supporting peak periods and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with teams and maintain effective communication, aligning planning with service levels and budgets, and ensuring readiness and resilience.
  • Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders through data‑driven solutions and operational reviews.
