- £28K base + commission structure

- Proactively headhunt niche talent for high-impact roles
- Advise candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate offers
- Collaborate with senior consultants on complex search assignments
- Progress to Consultant within 12-18 months depending on results
- Recent graduate (2.1 & Above) OR commercially driven individual with direct sales experience
- Strong communicator who can build relationships quickly
