What You’ll Be Doing

• Build a deep understanding of specialist financial markets (Finance, Tax, Audit, Risk, Private Equity, Compliance)
• Develop commercial relationships with C-suite leaders across PE, VC & large-scale organisations
• Proactively headhunt niche talent for high-impact roles
• Advise candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate offers
• Collaborate with senior consultants on complex search assignments
• Progress to Consultant within 12-18 months depending on results
