About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to gain recognition of Cambridge PDQs. You'll manage relationships with stakeholders including preparing communications and marketing materials for Higher Education audiences and will represent Cambridge at sector events and meetings, involving regular international travel. You'll work with colleagues in regional and central teams and will ensure customer insights are reflected in your work.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40‑60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face in our Cambridge office. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long‑term health condition.

About you

You'll have comprehensive knowledge of international education system with a strong understating and awareness of professional development in an educational environment. You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships within and outside of the organisation, and to influence to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Essential/minimum criteria include knowledge and understanding of teacher and school leader qualifications and working in an international education context.
