Marketing & Content Executive (Spanish speaking)
Full-time, permanent role in Brighton Office, UK.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a full-time, fluent Spanish speaking (written & spoken) Marketing & Content Executive to work on two annual trade exhibitions taking place in Madrid. The role includes planning and implementing marketing and content activity, working within a collaborative team and part of a busy, hard-working but fun department. The successful candidate will have hands‑on marketing and content experience, an ability to work independently and be highly organised.

The Role
- Assist the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns to attract visitors to the event and to support exhibition sales
- Copy writing for emails, webpages, brochures, social media and more
- Curate and create content for newsletters, blog and press releases including monthly interviews
- Manage webinars and digital summits
- Create, schedule and post social media communications
- Use social media and paid digital marketing effectively
- Brief the in‑house design team for branding and artwork
- Manage relationships with event partners and influencers
- Build HTML emails and manage web content
- Work effectively with other departments and external suppliers
- Take care of enquiries from exhibitors, visitors, speakers and press
- Participate onsite in the running of the live events
- Work closely with the Event Director to coordinate all aspects of the seminar programme
- Manage press and influencer invitations and registrations
Skill Range / Person Specification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or content‑focused role, ideally within events, exhibitions or B2B environments
- Spanish speaking (native or fluent) with excellent level of English
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in both Spanish and English
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A flexible, hands‑on approach, with the willingness to support live events onsite in Madrid
