Drs Direct are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse who has some experience in OH.
However doesn't have to hold an OH qualification.
The role requires you to have the following.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Recent experience of working in a clinical or medical service/public sector
Demonstrate experience of delivering a health surveillance programme with the practical application, interpretation and analysis of data/ information and making appropriate recommendations.
Demonstrate experience of leading on projects to timescales and the ability to cope with work demands and pressures
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, and maintaining good working relationships.
Able to make and justify decisions using initiative and judgement through the analysis of medical information and testing data without supervision and know when to escalate for support to ensure compliance with the NMC
Code of Conduct.
Able to independently make and justify routine decisions using initiative and judgement through the analysis of medical/testing information as well as problem solve, implement and review appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Office and an occupational health management system. Ability to develop templates and documents to support service delivery
£40000 – £42000/annum
