Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their Real Estate Commercial department at their head office in Spinningfields, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where your successes will be recognised and celebrated.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes at least 25 days annual leave, an employee pension scheme, and private medical insurance.

• Title and document review exercises and preparation of reports
• Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
• Post‑completion activities
• Basic conveyancing tasks
• Running parts of matters and meeting with clients from day one

• Annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000
