Job summary

A well-respected housing organization is seeking a Legal Enforcement Officer to cover Grimsby, Lincoln, Nottingham, and Derby courts. This hybrid position involves 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £37,400 per annum. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of housing law and enforcement services, maintain calm under pressure, and effectively collaborate within a team environment. A full UK driving license and DBS clearance are required for this role. Closing date for applications is Sunday, 4th January 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing enforcement services is essential.
• CIH Level 3 qualification is preferred or willingness to achieve it.
• Knowledge of preparing legal documents and court proceedings is required.
• Ability to handle regulatory changes and embed them in policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB legal actions.
• Represent the organization at court and build strong evidence.
• Collaborate with housing teams and community safety colleagues.
