We are currently recruiting for transferees at the rank of:

• Police Constable – Response or Neighbourhood Officers

Staffordshire Police serves more than 1.1 million people in an area covering 1,000 square miles, spanning from the rural moorlands to major urban areas such as Stoke‑on‑Trent, Tamworth, Cannock and Burton‑upon‑Trent.

• To apply to transfer to Staffordshire as a Police Constable, you must be substantive at the rank you are applying for and have completed and passed your probationary phase.
• You must be transferring from a Home Office Force.

We aim to make our onboarding process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

• You will be required to complete and pass a role‑based interview which will focus on the competencies and values required for the role.
• We would like to know what skills you have to offer so that we can identify the most appropriate posting for you.
• Appointment will be dependent upon successfully passing pre‑employment checks, vetting, and medical, which will include a drugs test and a fitness test.
