  • Training & development opportunities, gaining new qualifications.

If you are a dedicated technician with a passion for electromechanical manufacturing and electronics, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team!

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be hands‑on with the assembly of electronic boards and devices—soldering, bonding, fastening, and making sure every build meets the highest quality standards. You’ll also run tests before and after assembly, keep accurate product records, and help manage inventory so the team always has what it needs.

Beyond the bench, you’ll play your part in keeping the workspace safe and organised, support production targets, and step up when demand peaks. It’s a varied role where precision, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things right really count.

What we’re looking for

To be open, honest, up‑front & transparent from the beginning, due both to the nature of the role & company policy, this position will be based 5 days per week in our Docklands Offices, London E14.

We’re after someone with a solid background in electrical or electronic engineering—whether that’s through an apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or hands‑on experience. You’ll have proven experience working on precision electronic board and device assembly, with the dexterity and know‑how to handle soldering, wiring, reworking, epoxy, and ESD‑safe practices. Being confident with technical drawings, build instructions, lab tools, and quality standards (IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑620, IPC‑J‑STD‑001 or similar) is key.

Just as important are the soft skills—you’ll be methodical, focused, and self‑driven with the highest of standards, but also a strong communicator and team player. Given the nature of our work, security clearance is required, so you’ll need to be able to undergo this. Although not essential, it is highly beneficial if you have further electronics qualifications, ERP system experience, or are comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital comms tools.

Interested?

If you’ve got the technical know‑how, steady hands, and drive to be part of a high‑performing team, this is your chance to make a real impact on projects that matter. We’ll back you with training, development, and the opportunity to grow with a company that’s making its mark globally.
