A leading international hotel group is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie at Kimpton Clocktower in Manchester. In this role, you will manage a kitchen section, ensure high-quality standards, and supervise junior chefs. Ideal candidates should have experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star establishment. This role offers competitive pay at £15.05 per hour plus benefits including holiday pay and discounts.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a full‑time contract.
You will earn £15.05 per hour, equal to a £30,388.80 salary plus service charge.

As a Chef de Partie, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, oversee food preparation, and ensure high‑quality standards are met. You will also train and supervise junior chefs, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to menu planning.
