A major UK supermarket is seeking a Cafe Team Member to join their team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Team Member in our café, you're part of everything – a bit of cooking, a bit of chatting with customers, and a lot of impact. You’ll ensure that every dish you prepare and serve meets the menu promise and safety standards, and you’ll help keep everything, from kitchen equipment to customer tables, tidy and clean.
It’s a lively role with flexible hours, opportunities for progression and more. New colleagues joining us are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.
The availability windows shown in the table indicate the periods of time we’d like you to be available. We schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We are open to flexibility if your availability closely matches but does not exactly align with advertised times.
