- You're deep in crypto — not just curious, obsessed.
- You're passionate about building the next generation of trading apps.
- You care about the product as much as the code.
- You take ownership, move fast, and know when to bring others in.
- Experience with building public APIs with Python, Rust or similar.
- Commanding ability of working with EVM smart contracts. From interacting to auditing.
- Strong understanding of decentralised exchanges and their current landscape.
- Grasp of financial concepts, especially in the context of trade and exchange.
- Ability to run and maintain web systems on cloud infrastructure.
- Architecting, writing and deploying smart contracts.
- Experience diagnosing sophisticated performance issues.
- Experience with trading on chain in terms of strategies and sleuthing.
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Solana, Sui, Cosmos, etc.
- We keep it simple and don\'t employ elaborate systems where it\'s not needed.
- We utilise AI strategically but understand when not to rely on it.
- We\'re always on the lookout for an edge — new tech, sharp ideas, smarter ways to do things.
