Duties
  • Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing documents, managing phone systems, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaborative projects.
  • Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, communicating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall organization of the virtual workspace.
  • Manage Zoom calls – using breakout rooms and other Zoom functions
Skills
  • Proficiency in event planning with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong executive administrative support skills with experience in managing schedules and communications.
  • Solid clerical abilities including filing, organization, and familiarity with phone systems.
  • Expertise in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for efficient task management.
  • Experience in project coordination with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using Zoom tools and functions.

Job Type: Part-time
