MRICS Residential Valuation Specialist - Flexible Growth
Job summary
A leading surveying firm in Sheffield seeks a qualified Surveyor to conduct residential valuations and surveys. Responsibilities include carrying out RICS Level 1 and 2 surveys and completing mortgage valuation reports. The ideal candidate holds an MRICS qualification, has at least 2 years of experience, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. - Ensure reports meet RICS Red Book standards.
