Responsibilities
  • Daily onsite management of subcontractors
  • Review and understand full scope of each subcontract
  • Coordinate/schedule daily site work activities
  • Oversee subcontractor work quality
  • Ensure implementation of safe work practices
  • Manage weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Report daily on work activities
  • Schedule and coordinate material deliveries
  • Maintain as‑built drawings
  • Participate in team/owner meetings
  • Build positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, end users, and project managers
Qualifications
